Leadership Rooted in Legacy & Faith
Dexter WJ Davis was named after Dexter Avenue King Memorial Baptist Church, the birthplace of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.’s civil rights leadership.
That legacy of courage and conviction shaped Dexter’s purpose from the start: to lead, serve, and inspire others to become true champions.
LaShea Davis made history as the first African-American female multi-area director for the Fellowship of Christian Athletes, managing a $1.3 million budget for 17 years.
With a master’s in psychology and decades of nonprofit experience, she brings structure, strategy, and heart to everything C.H.A.M.P.I.O.N. stands for.
